The bike selected was a Light Bee X off-road in green, it was stripped down to the frame
We decided on paint rather than powder coating to ensure the craftsmanship on the frame was still on display.
All linkage bearings were replaced and upgraded where possible, before we started building the bike with the Ohlins TTX 22M - a hugely respected brand in the motorbike world.
We chose the Manitou dorado pro 27,5 forks. A tried and tested design that we feel is best suited for the Sur Ron. These sturdy and dependable forks in the PRO spec also look great with the black frame.
With a wide range of sizes and colours of Stag sprockets to choose from the best choice for us was the 54 T Black.
Brakes were Hope Tech 3 V4 with a set of specially made sample Stag floating rotors.
Protaper 76mm riser bars and stem
To complete the look the bike was covered in the Stag Carbon Fibre, including the new carbon number plate, and carbon fibre look seat cover.
