Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused and include all the original packaging.

We are unable to process returns for electronic products that have been opened.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Setting up a new Torp item is a straight forward, user friendly process. Torp have a host of information to assist and we have these accessible via our resources section.

However, if you require support with setting up your Torp item then please feel free to contact us. We would be happy to assist in person via our workshop or through virtual correspondence.

Torp Controllers arrive pre-configured for simplicity, however, there are plenty of adjustment options available to you via the Torp App. The interface is very user friendly and should allow you to get your bike dialled in.
