Ordered ages ago and still not received then ask me for a review on service.

Hello Gavin,
Your order was placed on the 7th at 22:00 and dispatched on the 8th at 14:00. There has been a few Royal Mail strikes but did you even check the tracking of your parcel, (tracking sent on the 8th)
“Sorry, we tried to deliver your parcel on 13-12-2022 but there didn't seem to be anyone in. Please choose an option below.”

Please contact you local post office.
