PURPLE: Designed for E-Bikes - The purple Galfer brake pads stand for heat resistance, high braking force, durability and low-noise braking. The semi-metallic pads have been specially developed for faster and heavier e-bikes. In combination with the extra-large DB007W brake disc, Galfer Bike addresses the existing problems of braking systems on many e-bikes - standard brakes usually do not provide sufficient performance, resulting in overheating, inefficient braking and high wear. Galfer Bike is one of the first manufacturers to react to this problem with its e-bike brake pads.
RED: For harsh weather conditions - Ideal for extreme terrain conditions of wetness and dirt, the braking power is easily maintained owing its features. Whether for trail bikes, DH or Enduro and XC - these brake pads do not let you down. Especially the direct response behaviour as well as progressive braking provide for continuous safety even in wet conditions. As a result, the rider receives a permanently constant feedback of the brake during the entire service life. This gives you maximum control and confidence in the material when you're braking.
BLACK: Standard - The black standard pads are designed for use in XC and Enduro. They score in the disciplines of fading resistance, braking force and the use in dirt and mud. This brake pads are suitable for all conditions, perfectly balanced in terms of power, noise and durability, getting progressive and consistent braking. As a result, the rider receives a permanently constant feedback of the brake during the entire service life. This gives you maximum control and confidence in the material when braking.
