Nothing wrong with the item. horrible customer service.

I wanted to return the throttle because i did not need it any more. I emailed them regarding a return and all they told me was to, “refer to the faq’s to make a return” which i did. The FAQ said to send them an email.

I sent them a follow up email and received no response. now i’m stuck with something i don’t need.

Thank you for the returns email but I am afraid you didn't read the returns process which was why it was sent to you. 'To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned to us unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.'
The link sent to you also included the returns address.
I am sure you can appreciate we need to get the return in and checked before we can refund you.
