Hi Jack, your order was placed on the 22nd Dec after cut off and accepted at the post office less than 24 hours later. It is unfortunate that it has not arrived yet but hardly a reflection of the quality of the product or indeed the service but rather timing. We don’t believe it would be possible to do any better, short of driving down and handing it to you.
